Nelsons Cottage

Situated in a quiet sunny street, just back from the main sandy beach in East Looe is Nelsons Cottage, named after the famous seal that frequented this estuary for a number of years and is now commemorated with a statue at the harbour entrance. This delightful double fronted Victorian residence, recently tastefully refurbished, has comfortable, light and airy reception rooms as well as gas central heating. There is a spacious kitchen and dining area and the front bedrooms have bay windows enjoying lovely sea views. The beach and all the amenities of the town are a few steps away and the property has the enormous benefit of a parking space 10 yards from the cottage.

Kitchen/diner with dining table to seat six, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine and tumble dryer. Cloakroom with WC and hand basin. Stairs up to the first floor. Master double bedroom with 5ft king size bed, TV and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds. Second twin bedroom with two 2ft 6in single beds. Family bathroom with corner bath, shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. 

Outside: Small front patio area.

Parking: Reserved parking space for one car almost opposite in car park.
