About This Property
Lower Well Cottage is a detached converted farm building, arranged in reverse level style. The property has its own large garden and private use of the heated indoor swimming pool which is open daily 9am-6pm from February through until the end of October. A fabulous kitchen diner, cloakroom/en-suite and king bedroom can be found on the ground floor all of which have the benefit of underfloor heating. Another king size bedroom (or can be twin if requested at time of booking) and en-suite bathroom can be found on the first floor along with the gorgeous lounge which has a stunning high vaulted ceiling, offering calming and relaxing vibes in which to enjoy the beautiful country views that surround this property.
Both the cottage and the swimming pool are very accessible so a fantastic choice for guests with mobility issues. There is a flat entrance from the driveway via the front door with ground floor bedrooms and a bathroom The swimming pool has an electric hoist making the pool a feature that can be enjoyed by all!
The cottage adjoins a 5-acre field which guests are welcome to enjoy, the perfect place for dogs to have a good run without having to leave the property! Located in the foothills of Dartmoor the location is perfect for families and couples looking to explore the South Hams and South Devon’s best beaches.

Large well-kept garden adjoining a gated five-acre field which guests are most welcome to explore and enjoy. Good views of the countryside and Dartmoor, the perfect space for adventures, relaxation, peace and tranquillity. Garden furniture and a gas barbecue are included, so you can sit and watch the ever-changing scenery and wildlife from the comfort of this charming cottage.
Parking
Ample parking on driveway in front of the cottage. Electric Vehicle Charging is available at a pod point within the parking area, exclusively for the use of guests staying at the cottage.
Guests are welcome to use this facility for an additional £60 per car per week.

Gentle sloping entrance path leading to the beautiful modern atrium entrance at the side of the property, with high level glazed walls and ceiling.

- Electric vehicles: Guests are welcome to charge an electric vehicle from a Pod Point within the parking area for £60 per car per week.
