The ground floor encorporates an open plan layout with a bespoke kitchen and island, a lovely dining area with bi-fold doors opening onto a patio garden with seating and loungers, and a comfortable lounge area for a relaxing evening. Also on the ground floor there is a separate utility room, snug with a TV, games and football table, and a shower room.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, a king with an ensuite shower room, a further king, and a double and a family bathroom. The second floor boasts a master suite with a super king bedroom with a private balcony, a large dressing room, and a luxury bathroom with a slipper bath and shower cubicle.
