Court Cottage, a grade ll listed cottage on Buckley Street in Salcombe, is just a short walk from the town centre and less than 50m from the waterfront. The charming cottage is stylishly presented throughout and offers good entertaining areas across the ground floor. There are three decent sized bedrooms (one with en suite) and two of which enjoy views of the estuary. The pretty rear cobbled path and courtyard area is very picturesque and wouldn’t look out of place as a setting in one of the local art galleries.

Please note that due to the steepness of the cottage stairs this property does not permit children under the age of 8. Please also note that dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the courtyard and must be kept on a lead at all times.
