Arch into comfortable sitting room with sofa, chairs, flame effect electric fire, flatscreen HD TV/DVD and large patio doors to the garden and views to the Ley. Inner hallway with glazed front door and porch. Front bedroom with range of fitted cupboards, Ley views and twin 3ft beds. Rear bedroom with double 4ft 6in bed and fitted cupboards. Bathroom with bath, shower over and basin. Separate WC. Stairs to the top bedroom with a double 4ft 6in bed, fitted cupboard and French door to balcony and fantastic views over the Ley and the sea. Adjacent WC with basin. A further futon chair/single bed is supplied and can be accommodated in any of the bedrooms.  

Outside:

Enclosed lawns with apple trees, shrubs and flower borders extend around the house to the front where there is a patio area provided with garden furniture and has lovely views.

Parking: The gated driveway provides parking for up to 3 cars.
