Slapton village is just two miles away along the pretty Devon lanes, with the beach at Slapton Sands a little further on. The pretty and historic towns of Dartmouth and Kingsbridge are a twenty minute drive through the lanes or via the scenic coastal road, with Salcombe and Totnes also in easy reach. Beeches is an idyllic retreat for guests seeking peace and serenity in the heart of the South Devon countryside.

Outside

From the landing French windows to small private patio with garden table and chairs.

An archway in the corner of the lower courtyard (separated by a substantial gate) opens out to a large pond populated by ducks and a sweep of grass and orchard (1.5 acres) including a built in barbecue with picnic benches where guests can relax and young people can play outdoor games as well as a children’s adventure playhouse on stilts with a slide.
