This beautifully furnished and presented 18th century cottage is set back just a few yards from the sandy beach at East Looe, the Banjo Pier and a short stroll from all the amenities of this bustling seaside fishing port. Located in a sunny position, the cottage has spacious reception rooms with many period features retained, three good sized bedrooms with a master en-suite, gas central heating as well as the benefit of an allocated parking space 25 yards from the property. Beach Cottage is a great holiday destination, offering accommodation in a beautiful area that provides plenty to keep the family entertained.

Light and airy lounge with feature fireplace, two sofas, 32 TV, Video and Sky digital. Kitchen/diner with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with ice box, microwave, washing machine, dryer and dining table to seat six. Stairs up to the first floor. Double bedroom with 5ft king size bed, flatscreen TV, DVD player and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. Two twin bedrooms, both with two 2ft 6in single beds. Family shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Outside: Small front patio area with a bench.

Parking: Reserved parking space for one car almost opposite in seafront car park.
