An exciting coastal property, with spectacular sea views from the living room and the large decked terrace with dining area, and also a hot tub set within.
Located right on the coastal lane, opposite the walkway down to the beach and the old port, this beautifully positioned property is a treat what ever the weather.
It has upside down living with all of the bedrooms on the ground floor, and the open plan living/dining and kitchen on the first floor.
At the kitchen end there is a spiral staircase leading up to a mezzanine floor, where a play room can be found with a clear window looking over the living room, with simple cushions for kids to play on and relax upon.
The decked terrace is approached from the living room, offering super outside living, with bench seating round a dining table, sun beds, a built in hot tub and a balustrade to lean on and gaze out to sea..

This 4 bedroom property has two doubles, one super king size 6 ft bed and one king size 5 ft bed. A twin bedroom with 3ft beds and a bunk room with 3 ft beds, the two doubles have stylish en-suites.
One family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.
A kids rumpus room on this level has a raised platform level with cushions, and a screen to watch DVDs.

A rear enclosed small garden with lawned area, BBQ area, cloths dryer and then access to the laundry room outhouse, with washing machine and large separate tumble dryer.
