Bantam Cottage is a beautifully restored, stone-built hideaway tucked in a peaceful courtyard shared with just two other cottages and a sleek swimming pool house. Located on the Coulscott Estate, set just outside the village of Combe Martin, within the Exmoor National Park, Bantam Cottage is perfect for romantic breaks or young families seeking peace, comfort and luxury in a rural setting, yet close to the sea. This gorgeous cottage offers elegant calming interiors, a warm atmosphere, and thoughtful details throughout.

Bantam Cottage is dog-friendly, so your four-legged friend is very welcome, and there’s EV charging on site too.

Short stroll to the shared indoor swimming pool building

Guests have full access to Coulscott’s 20 acres of grounds — with meadows and streams, woodland trails, over 50 friendly animals, and safe places for children to roam and play. There’s even a 5 acre dog walking meadow at the end of a beautiful grass path, for off lead enjoyment.

Within the grounds is the heated indoor swimming pool with changing rooms, WC and showers, large wooden outdoor children’s play area, games room with table football and table tennis, dedicated under 5’s soft play area. honesty shop, plus a giant fire pit area for all guests to enjoy.

Additional guest laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer on site.

Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach/dog towels) electricity, underfloor heating, Wifi. A high chair is available on request.
