A spacious dining room leads to a well-equipped kitchen breakfast room, with the first floor sitting room offering river views with plenty of relaxed seating and bookshelves lined with interesting books for guests to enjoy. The master bedroom suite is located on this floor, and a second staircase leads to the top of the house, with 3 further bedrooms and family bathroom. Outside, the paved rear garden captures the summer sun and offers a peaceful spot to relax, with the westerly aspect allowing for long evening meals in the garden.
The bustling coastal town of Lymington is filled with cobbled streets, quirky shops, and a Georgian High Street with weekly Saturday market. Guests can take a ferry from the marina across to the Isle of Wight and enjoy the breath-taking views back across the pretty town and salt marshes. Just a short stroll or cycle from the property is the start of the coastal path leading along the sea wall to Keyhaven, passing the Lymington Sea Water Baths with giant inflatable course. There are various beaches within easy reach of the property which offer a great day out, and the New Forest National Park is a short drive away, with miles of tracks and footpaths to explore amongst the free-roaming ponies, cattle and donkeys.
