Situated down a private road with direct estuary access, sits wonderful Allahoo, a four bedroomed home with a lovely terrace, barbecue and a parasol to enjoy al fresco dining with beautiful views, over the large lawn and out over the estuary and surrounding countryside. Those keen on water sports will love being able to access the water and explore the Kingsbridge and Salcombe estuary, and when the tides out enjoy walks around the foreshore. There is plenty of space in the kitchen for creating special holiday meals, and the lounge is comfortable for relaxing on a cool evening. Allahoo is sure to feel like a home from home for friends and family, perfectly located for a busy holiday exploring, or relax and just enjoy the views from the terrace with a gin and tonic!
West Charleton sits on the main Kingsbridge to Dartmouth road, just five minutes drive to Kingsbridge and thirty minutes to Dartmouth. There are stunning walks through fields and alongside the estuary. West Charleton marsh is popular with nature lovers and bird watchers and within easy reach of Allahoo. The popular town of Salcombe is a short drive, or can be accessed on the foot ferry from East Portlemouth. Where there are pretty sandy beaches. The beach at Torcross is just fifteen minutes away, along with access to the South West Coast Path. The golden sandy beaches of Thurlestone and Bantham are just a little further past Kingsbridge so plenty to choose from. Allahoo is a super base for your South Devon holiday.

Living room: 2 sofas, and armchair, TV and surround sound system -no live TV available but On Demand services plus Netflix & Prime available through Apple TV etc views over the front garden and out to the estuary. Log burner.
Kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and combi microwave oven, American style fridge freezer, Nespresso machine.
Porch with coat racks and shoe storage, door to rear.
Dining room with dining table and seating for 8-10
Sun room, small area with 2 seater sofa, and occasional chair, patio doors to the front terrace.

Master bedroom with 5 ft king size bed, love seat, wardrobes, triple aspect windows, gorgeous views towards the estuary
