Dufour at the Fallapit Estate is a collection of luxury dwellings around a lovely communal courtyard. The high spec property with high ceilings has been furnished to very high standards and guests will be made to feel particularly homely and cosy with underfloor floor heating, exceptional equipment and furnishings and ample comfortable seating.

The property enjoys access to 18 acres of land to explore and peaceful seating areas overlooking the lake to soak up the evening sun. The village of East Allington is home to a vibrant pub, well stocked shop and close community. Several sandy beaches, and many seaside towns and villages in the South Hams are within just a short drive away.

Front or rear entrance to well equipped kitchen diner with electric cooker and hob, large fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Dining area with table to seat 6 and 2 armchairs and side table. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with double bed. Family shower room with large walk in shower cubicle, basin and WC. Stairs to first floor: Large lounge with high ceilings, Juliet balcony, Smart TV with Youview box, stove effect gas fire, 2 sofas, chaise long, armchair with foot stool and tub chair. Master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom with bath with hand held shower, separate shower cubicle, 2 basins and WC.

Communal courtyard at front of property with bistro table and chairs, outside bench at rear of property. 18 acres of land to explore including pretty woodland walkways and decking area overlooking the lake.
