New to the market December 2023.

6 Church Park is a delightful Grade II listed former coastguard cottage enjoying elevated views over the beautiful Waterhead Creek, River Dart and Dartmouth in the distance.

This wonderful end of terrace cottage is ideally placed for exploring everything Kingswear has to offer and has been tastefully renovated and thoughtfully presented, keeping the charm and character of its former years alongside a contemporary kitchen and bathroom. Considered the quieter and sunnier side of the water to its neighbour - Dartmouth, Kingswear village boasts two pubs, cafes/coffee shops, a wine bar, two delis and a well-stocked village shop. The scenic Dart Trail walk follows the banks of the beautiful River Dart and leads to the impressive Greenway, once a home of Agatha Christie and now a National Trust treasure. For something different and if you wish to go further afield, the Dartmouth steam train departs from Kingswear itself and can take you to Totnes, Brixham, Churston, Goodrington Sands, Paignton and Torquay.

Dartmouth, on the opposite side of the River Dart, is steeped in maritime history and renowned for its lively harbour, historic Castle and imposing Royal Naval College. It can be quickly and easily accessed by foot and car on the ferries which run continually throughout the day. Once here, a picturesque network of cobbled streets and alleys are easily navigated and brimming with independent shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants for all ages to enjoy.
