'Ted's Cottage', 5 Penally Court; is a charming little cottage set in a row of 6 terraced cottages, all with paved front gardens with table and chairs, flower beds, a shared lawned area and parking. It has delightful views across Boscastle village from the rear bedroom and kitchen windows and a very comfortable and stylish interior. A National Trust traffic free leafy pathway is just over the road which leads you to the centre of the village and harbour only 4 minutes' walk. This three bedroomed cottage is accessible to all the magic that this North Cornish coast offers, Boscastle itself, Tintagel, surfing at Widemouth bay and the stunning coastal path only minutes from this property, a super holiday cottage.

Accommodation:

Lounge: wood flooring, 3 seater sofa, snuggle chair for 2, arm chair, Freeview TV, DVD player and a few DVD's.
Kitchen/dining room: Galley kitchen with electric hob and electric oven under, microwave, washing machine, fridge with small freezer compartment, cafetiere, toaster, cordless iron and ironing board.
Dining room: dining table with bench seating plus 2 stools.
Stair Gate at top of stairs.
Master bedroom: Double bed 4ft 6in, bedside tables and lamps, large wardrobe with drawers under, internet TV, (Netflix, catch-up, YouTube, amazon prime).
2nd bedroom: Double bed 4ft 6in, bedside table and lamp, small chest of drawers, arm chair.
Single bedroom: Single 3ft bed, short wardrobe and shelf, dressing table with mirror.
Family bathroom: 'L' shape bath with large shower head over, WC and wash hand basin.

Outside:

Front paved patio, with flower bed surrounding, table and 4 chairs .
A communal lawned area in front of all of the cottages.

Parking:

Parking space for 2 small cars or one big car.

Additional parking available at Boscastle Long Stay Car Park approx 6 minute walk from Teds Cottage.

Included: Bed linen and towels. No beach towels so please bring your own. WiFi, electricity and heating. Logs and kindling for woodburning stove supplied for first night in winter months.
