A stylish and tastefully restored Victorian end of terrace house within easy walking distance of the town’s vibrant centre, River Dart Embankment, Dartmouth Castle and Castle Cove beach and offering versatile accommodation with thoughtfully presented interiors and fashionable furnishings. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the separate sitting room “snug” in front of the electric log burner, home cooking and entertaining in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen/diner with lounging area or working from home in the flexible second bedroom, from a desk with panoramic river and valley views. During warmer months when not out experiencing the buzzing café and restaurant culture or soaking up waterside vibes along the embankment, visitors have the chance to unwind on the south facing terrace with views across town and over the local countryside. Including many nice touches throughout, the property offers a high standard of accommodation for any time of year and further benefits from private off-street parking.

Please note if a short break is booked, the bed set up will be 2x king size beds.

Front door to entrance hall leading to sitting room, kitchen/diner, cloakroom and staircase to first floor. Rear door to entrance hall can be accessed by passageway to the side of the property.
Sitting room with 4-seater “chaise lounge” sofa bed, one armchair, Smart TV with Sky multi-room and electric fire.
Kitchen with built-in fan assisted electric oven and gas hob, slimline dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer and separate wine fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster.
Dining area with extendable table and chairs to seat up to 6, a 2-seater sofa and hidden Smart TV with Sky multi-room.
Cloakroom with WC and hand basin.
Entrance hall with coat hooks, chair and large storage cupboard.

Stairs to first floor:
Bedroom one with 5ft king size bed, bedside tables x 2 with drawers, bench, large chest of drawers and full length mirror.
Bedroom two with twin 2.6ft zip and link beds (can be made up as 5ft king bed on request at time of booking), 4ft sofa bed, build in wardrobes and a desk / dressing table with lamp, full length mirror.
Family bathroom featuring bath with shower over, WC and basin.

Private off-street parking for one car in front of the garage.

Included: Bed linen and towels (guests are required to provide their own beach/dog towels). Water and Electricity.

Children: One travel cot with mattress, high-chair, pressure-fitted stair-gate and microwave bottle steriliser.
