Beautiful waterside cottage in Torcross, South Devon.

So, what is it that would make your South Devon Holiday? Perhaps it is to be somewhere with waterside views and within a stone's throw to the beach, or somewhere you can go on stunning coastal walks whilst taking in the sights and sounds of the sea and local birdlife. It may be to be near a selection of cafes and eateries including an award winning country Inn which specialises in serving freshly caught seafood......Well, this property provides all of this and more, without the need to even start the car. The nineteenth century cottage itself has recently been lovingly fully refurbished throughout providing a perfect balance between modern comfort and traditional cottage charm. 4 Florence Cottages is situated on the South Devon coastal road in the beautiful and historical village of Torcross and overlooks the Slapton Ley which makes up part of the famous national nature reserve.

Entrance porch leading to living room with a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, log burner, dining table to seat 5, stereo, 3D TV and Bluray player. Kitchen with electric Rangemaster cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and access to utility room with freezer, washer/dryer. Cloakroom with WC and basin. Stairs from living room to landing leading to Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6in double bed, TV. Bedroom 2 with 3ft single bed and spacious 3ft bunk beds, TV. Family bathroom with WC, basin, bath with hand held shower, separate walk in shower cubicle.

Outside: Garden overlooking the Ley with picnic bench and garden love seat at front of property. At the rear of the property there are steps up to a private enclosed decking with bench, garden table and chairs NO BARBECUE BUT AN AREA FOR A TABLE TOP BARBECUE IS PROVIDED. Further steps up to small secluded garden area with bench.

Parking: Free parking in small village centre car park (100 yards), or on street parking by the nearby chapel (100 yards). Main village car park pay and display (next to the world war two tank on display - 200 yards, Slapton memorial. . NO OFF STREET PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE COTTAGE ITSELF.
