How about a relaxing seaside break in this delightful holiday cottage, right on the beach in the old fishing village of Beesands, South Devon? Open the windows and you can hear the soothing sound of waves on the shingle and appreciate the beautiful sea views that encompass the whole of Start Bay and as the cottage is right next to the South West Coastal Path there's no excuse for not enjoying some energetic scenic walks with the dog. This reverse level cottage has been totally renovated to a very high standard, is located in a quiet spot near the end of the beach and as well as the great seaside position the cottage also has a sunny gravelled garden with parking. Beesands boasts a lively welcoming pub that serves great local food and fresh fish can be purchased during the summer from the local Britannia Seafood shop. Furthermore the cottage's location makes access to the remainder of South Devon, with its many attractions and sandy family beaches very easy.

Side door to entrance hallway. Lower floor attractively tiled throughout. Utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer. Master bedroom with 5ft bed, TV/DVD and en-suite shower room with walk in shower, hand basin and WC. Second double bedroom (or twin room) with 5ft link bed (two 2ft 6in beds). Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds. Family bathroom with stand alone bath, pedestal hand basin, separate shower cubicle and WC. Stairs up to oak floored, open plan living room with large picture windows that open to let in the sounds and scents of the sea. Lounge area with two sofas, tub chair and leather swivel chair, wall mounted electric feature fire, smart TV, iPod/phone docking station and Wii. Step up to dining area with lovely views of Start Bay and dining table and chairs to seat 6. Small step up to modern shaker style kitchen with ceramic hob, eye level oven and grill, fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
