Relax in the bright, dual-aspect sitting room featuring a full-length sash window, pretty patio door and feature fire surround with electric fire, or enjoy home cooking in the spacious fitted kitchen and eat alfresco on the sheltered decked patio. The small, decked East-facing seating area is the perfect place to enjoy a morning drink whist appreciating the elevated views across the river and out to sea. As the sun moves round, put your feet up and relax on the front patio knowing it is just a short stroll to the many delights on offer throughout Dartmouth’s vibrant town centre.

With a contemporary master bedroom on the lower ground floor, modern shower room and separate bunk room (separated by a full length pull across curtain) on the ground floor, 26 Above Town offers flexible, pet friendly accommodation. For keen dog walkers, the property is ideally situated just a 5 minute walk away from a the National Trusts Dyer’s Hill and a little further on to Warfleet Creek, should you or your furry friend want a cold water swim.

PLEASE NOTE: The stairs leading down to the master bedroom are steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues. There is also a low entranceway to the bedroom.
