It boasts three bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite wet room and two twin rooms, sleeping six people in total. There is also a bathroom, ground floor cloakroom and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off-road parking for two cars and a private courtyard garden. On-site you have an array of facilities including a choice of coarse fishing lakes, children's play area and a shared outdoor heated swimming pool. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome at an additional charge of £25.00. Note: This property cannot accommodate a Sunday changeover. Please be aware of this restriction when placing your reservation. Newton Abbot is situated in the heart of The English Riviera, with modern shops and the famous Hedgehog Hospital, where visitors are encouraged to feed and hold the animals. There's also a racecourse where National Hunt racing takes place from spring until autumn, with craft fayres during winter.
