The living area includes a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a utility with washer/dryer, a dining room and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite bathroom, two doubles and a bunk, along with a bathroom and cloakroom, this property can sleep up to ten guests. To the outside is an enclosed garden with furniture and ample off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels, travel cot and highchair are included in the price. Two pets are welcome however smoking is not allowed. Within 1.4 miles there is a shop and within 1 mile there is a pub. The Old Schoolhouse is a charming retreat in Kirkton of Craig near Montrose Scotland. Please note: bookings must fall between a Saturday and Saturday due to cleaning arrangements; minimum 4 night stays.

Montrose is a lively Scottish town and old royal burgh located between the North and South Esk rivers in the county of Angus. The seaside town has its own 3-mile-long beach, which has been given a Blue Flag for its environmental credentials, as well as Traill Pavilion and Seafront Splash!, an arcade, children's playground, café, and ice cream parlour. The Montrose Museum, Bamse Monument, and Scotland's widest High Street, as well as a variety of retail shopping, good eating, local bars, and the famous Montrose Basin Wildlife Reserve, are all surrounded by historic buildings. The county of Angus is home to a plethora of attractive towns and villages, including Arbroath, the county's main town, Brechin cathedral city, and Kirriemuir, the 'gateway to the glens,' to mention a few! Montrose is a wonderful vacation spot for a refined and gorgeous beach excursion.
