A converted farmhouse that has been renovated into a holiday cottage in the rural village of Broadoak, Near Bridport.
Grazeland Cottage is a converted stone built farmhouse that can sleep four people on two bedrooms. All on one level there are 2 bedrooms, 1 x double and 1 x twin, plus a shower room. The kitchen has a breakfast table and there is a large sitting room with dining area leading to a conservatory with doors opening up onto the lawned garden with patio area and barbecue. There is off road parking. Grazleland cottage in the rural village of Broadoak provides the perfect countryside retreat for your holiday. NOTE: Garden with covered pond. NOTE: The annex is next to owners’ home. NOTE: Guests are requested not to leave their pet unattended within the property. NOTE: This property is only able to accept a Saturday changeover.
Bridport is an attractive market town that grew up around the River Brit, and was shaped by its history of rope and net making. The long, wide streets and alleyways between the houses were once where the flax strands were twisted into rope, while today those streets are filled with an interesting variety of shops, restaurants and inns. Bridport’s market is regularly featured on the River Cottage TV programme. 2 miles south of Bridport is the dramatic Jurassic coast at West Bay, now a World Heritage Site, home to the backdrop for TV's Harbour Lights and the coastal setting for popular Broadchurch, whilst the picturesque resort of Lyme Regis is within 10 miles.
