Aughavas is situated in the south of County Leitrim, just eight miles from the town of Mohill. It provides a wonderful location to immerse yourself in peace and quiet with plenty of woodland areas and countryside around you. The village is conveniently situated so that many of the inland attractions are within easy reach including Carrick-on-Shannon, often referred to as Ireland's ‘cruising capital’ and home to plenty of shops, pubs and eateries. Families can enjoy days out at Lough Key Forest and Activity Park and with so many lakes on your doorstep, Leitrim truly is an angler's paradise.
