Rose Cottage is a lovely detached holiday let situated in the village of Bream in Gloucestershire. Boasting two bedrooms; a single and a family room with a double and a single, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also a ground floor shower room, a kitchen, sitting room with a dining area and woodburning stove, as well as a utility and a conservatory. To the outside is a raised lawned and a private patio with seating, along with off-road parking for one car. Rose Cottage is a delightful retreat to be enjoyed season-to-season. 1 well behaved dog allowed for an additional £25, but please let owner know in advance if you plan on bringing your pet with you. Sorry, no smoking. Please note; the owner only accepts seven night bookings from Friday to Friday

The pretty village of Bream offers magnificent views of the Royal Forest of Dean to the Cotswold Hills beyond. Clearwell with its ancient caves and eerie caverns and the village of St Briavels with its castle are also close by. The magnificent Royal Forest of Dean, England's largest oak forest, offers numerous trails that can be explored on foot, cycle or horseback. Caving, abseiling and a high wire rope course are for the more adventurous, whilst fishing, golf, kayaking and canoeing are other popular activities in this unspoilt area. Just a short drive away is the historic market town of Ross-on-Wye, with timbered Tudor houses, excellent shops, pubs and restaurants all in the heart of rural Herefordshire. This unspoilt area has something to offer all tastes at any time of the year.

Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.
