There is a bathroom complete with a shower over bath, basin and WC and a ground-floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen with a dining area and two sitting rooms. Step outside to find private parking for four cars and a large garden with seating and BBQ. The village of Llanaber resting between Barmouth town and the World Heritage Site of Harlech is surrounded by the breath-taking views of the Snowdonia National Park. It also overlooks the Cardigan Bay and the Llyn Peninsula beyond. The area is known for its beaches, fishing, golf, walking, sailing, cycling, mountain biking and horse riding and has ready access to mountains of Snowdonia.

Large garden and patio with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, downstairs only and not in bedrooms (please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Barmouth with all amenities 2 miles. Beach 15 mins walk. NOTE: A £250 security deposit will be pre-authorised on your card when payment is made. This will be released in full after a post departure inspection (usually within 5 working days).
