Holly Edge is a detached property situated within the village of Moorsholm. It houses three bedrooms, complete with a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room. There is also a family shower room complete with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Moving through the property you will find a sitting room which leads you into a kitchen/diner. Completing the interior is a well-equipped utility room and a games room. Outside, you will find a large lawn garden area, ample parking and stabling for a horse. Holly Edge promises a splendid retreat for a family getaway. Please note - This property does not allow Electric Vehicle Charging

Moorsholm lies on the northern edge of the North York Moors National Park, between Guisborough and Whitby. Surrounded by countryside moors, this quaint village houses a traditional pub, a church and a number of residential homes. It is close to the seaside resort of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, as well as the market town of Guisborough and a short drive will take you to Sandsend and historic Whitby.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
