Extensively refurbished in 2017, The Beach House boasts a very comfortable, high-quality finish. Adjacent to the property is an enclosed private patio with an outside tap, making it ideal for dog owners or surfers who need to rinse off their surf boards and wetsuits. Crantock's legendary sandy beach is only a short walk away, making the cottage perfect for surfers, beach lovers and those looking to walk their dog. The Beach House is also ideally located in the village, with all amenities in walking distance. Crantock has its selection of pubs, a grocery store and a number of attractions, meaning you don't have to worry about driving all over. Fully fitted and well-equipped, the kitchen at The Beach House has everything you need for your stay. With Silestone worktop, electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, wine cooler, dishwasher, remote control extractor fan and microwave, it's a home away from home. Just a short walk away from the property, you will also find the Gothic church of St Carantoc, a Grade I listed building that is still active today. If you're looking to explore the wider range of attractions that Cornwall has to offer, then the Beach House is a perfect hub for couples with local road connections easily accessible. Crantock is a small Cornish village set back from the coast close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the north to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.
