Mardan

Mardan is a detached property resting within the village of Southerness. This all-ground-floor property comes with two double bedrooms and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, sleeping up to four people. Completing the interior is a kitchen and a sitting/dining room. Outside, there is off-road parking and a large lawn garden with furniture. Southerness is a small village overlooking Solway Firth, and forms part of the Colvend coast. Within the village you will find a choice of two pubs, a village store, a leisure centre with a pool and two miles of sandy beaches. the Southerness Championship Golf Course offers views of the Solway Firth, the Cumbrian Lake District to the south.
