The Duck House is a delightful annex situated within the village of Sutton. Inside, you will find one king-size double bedroom and a well-appointed sower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Additional rooms include a open-plan living room with a sitting area and a dining area. You will also find a separate well-equipped kitchen, boasting all the necessities you will need. Outside, you will find a patio area with a inflatable hot tub, as well as ample parking. The Duck House is a cosy retreat for a couple's getaway to Sutton.

Situated on the eastern end of Sutton Broad, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads. Within this village, you will find a local pub, a pottery shop, a garden centre and a number of shops. Close by is the village of Stalham, where you can explore the Museum of the Broad. Outside the village is 18th-century windmill and further afield the city of Norwich, with a large selection of amenities and attractions.

Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.
