Searles is a delightful, unique cottage in the heart of Lympstone. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom and sleep up to four guests. The rest of the cottage is made up of a beautiful sitting area and a kitchen/ diner. There is a terrace area outside with patio furniture for two as well as roadside parking. Searles is in the most perfect location with stunning scenic views, ideal for romantic couples or family and friends to enjoy at any time of the year.

The village of Lympstone is on the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, equidistant between the regency town of Topsham and the family friendly, seaside resort of Exmouth where you'll find everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
