Tucked away in the heart of North Wales, is the picturesque town of Llangollen, surrounded by stunning mountains and the flowing River Dee. The town boasts an excellent selection of pubs and restaurants for sampling the local delicacies, and independent shops for treating yourself to a souvenir to remember your trip by. The lush valley can be explored by steam train from the Llangollen Railway Station or wander the grounds of Plas Newydd House.
