It comes with two bedrooms made up of a king and a twin, as well as a family bathroom, the property can sleep up to four people. The interior also boasts a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a multi-fuel stove and a conservatory. To the outside there is off road parking for one small car and a lawn garden. 1 Braeside is a cosy country cottage placed excellently for discovering this fine AONB.

Wearhead is a village in County Durham at the top of Weardale. Named after the source of the River Wear, the village boasts some of the highest peaks in County Durham. Wearhead is set in rural countryside with the nearest shop being 3 miles away in St John's Chapel, and further amenities can be found in the village of Stanhope, ten miles away. Stanhope is described as the "Capital of Weardale".

From heather-clad moors and limestone scars, to market towns and the steady pace of country life - the sublime Dales await you! Where else in Britain is it as satisfying to sit and do nothing as it is to explore the numerous pursuits on offer?
