Polwarth Crofts Farmhouse is a B-listed property resting on the outskirts of Duns. It houses three bedrooms comprising of a double with an en-suite, a double and a twin. There is also a ground-floor shower room with a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a sitting room with an open fire and a kitchen/diner. Outside, you will find off-road parking and a garden with a lawn area and a patio area with furniture. Polwarth Crofts Farmhouse is a delightful cottage on the Scottish Borders. Please note: the property is an old listed building and the cottage has low doorways, some uneven walls, areas of sloped and uneven flooring, and the stairwell is not a standard size but is not steep or narrow so care must takenwhen walking on it.

Duns is a small border town resting in a valley known as The Merse. Within the town you will find a good range of shops, including an award-winning butchers and quality delicatessen, pubs and restaurants, as well as the Jim Clark Museum to honour the famous racing driver who lived in the area. Within the surrounding area you will find many castles and historic houses including Manderston House.

From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain’s best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
