On the ground floor is a ground floor king-size double with an en-suite shower room, with three further bedrooms, all with stunning sea views and two more elegant shower rooms on the first floor. The open plan living area has been arranged to ensure that the magnificent seascape is never far from view. Outside is a width of house decked area with table and chairs and a Mediterranean sunken garden as well as parking for two cars.
Downderry is a small quiet coastal village situated in south east Cornwall. Downderry has a sheltered beach, Post Office and shop, deli, and a cliff top pub and an excellent restaurant, serving quality local food
