Living room with wood-burning stove, and sea view; generous kitchen with dining table and chairs glazed doors to courtyard and, at the far end, a comfy sofa, and door to utility shed. Under-stairs WC. Two family bathrooms. A secure courtyard on two levels with steps up to a patio with garden furniture, back gate to a private footway. A gorgeous house beside the beach and within strolling distance of the village pubs and shops.
The twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand, with narrow streets winding between pastel-coloured cottages, lie on the Rame Peninsula just 5 miles from Plymouth.
