The house sleeps 14 people in six bedrooms, three doubles, a twin, a bunk room and a family room, with five bath or shower rooms over two levels. On the upper floor is a huge open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, a dining area and a kitchen. On the lower level is a second kitchen. Outside is an enclosed courtyard with lawn and patio with furniture and an orchard across a lane with play area and barbecue. With beaches and towns within easy reach, Mill Barn is an ideal house for a big group of family or friends to enjoy a holiday in Devon. Two pets welcome. Note: No stag or hen parties.
