27 Whitegates is a lovely semi-detached cottage nestled on the fringes of Ludham village, in Norfolk. It boasts two double bedroomsl, sleeping four people in total. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen and a living/dining room. To the outside is off-road parking for 2-3 cars, along with an enclosed garden to the front and rear with a patio, lawned area and furniture. With access to How Hill, Bewilderwood and the seaside town of Great Yarmouth, 27 Whitegates offers the perfect base for you and the family.

Surrounded on 3 sides by the rivers Ant, Bure and Thurne and its own small broad, is the Norfolk village of Ludham. It boasts an array of moored boats and small shops, a lovely place to holiday. At the centre of the village is the crossroads, near to the thatched church of St Catherine’s and several pretty thatched cottages, the local pub, village store, butcher’s and tea rooms. To the north west of the village is How Hill Nature Reserve with nature trails and a museum of a marshman life in Toad Hole Cottage. Great Yarmouth is just a short drive away and offers plenty of attractions and family fun.

Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.
