To the outside is ample off road parking for a car and a boat and an enclosed garden to the rear of the property with a patio area, furniture and barbecue. This market town is the unofficial capital of the Llyn Peninsula offering a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and a marina. As one of the most scenic regions of Wales, this town is appreciated for its scenery, coastal walks, beaches and golf courses. Close by are Criccieth, with its medieval castle, and Abersoch, a harbour town also renowned for its beaches and watersports facilities. There is there is a launderette about 50 yards away from the property opposite the school which is open most days.
