Its interior also comes with a kitchen/diner with a gas fire and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside, find plenty of roadside parking as well as a rear garden including a courtyard and a raised garden with a lawn and a patio with furniture. 216 Smedley Street is a tasteful cottage in a fine location for touring Derbyshire and the Peaks. Note: The stairs up to the bedrooms may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility.
Matlock, with the neighbouring Matlock Bath, sits on the southeastern edge of the Peak District National Park. Sorry, no smoking. Pub & butcher 2 minute walk. Shop 10 minute walk. The Cottage is situated high on Matlock bank which is away from any risk of flooding with lovely views across the valley.
