Meadow cottage is a wonderful, detached cottage bursting with character located in the village of Golant, near Fowey in Cornwall. There are three bedrooms set over two floors comprising 1 x king-size double, 1 x double and 1x twin, as well as a family bathroom and separate basin and WC. Sleeping six people there is also a well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and electric log-effect fire. Outside there is an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and off road parking for 2 cars. Located in a wonderful area of England, Meadow Cottage is an ideal holiday any time of the year!

A waterside village based on the river Fowey, Golant offers a Fisherman’s arms Pub, the Comorant Hotel and Restaurant and a retail art gallery. Inspired by many writers including the author of “The Wind in the Willows”, you can enjoy the river first hand by going on a kayaking trip. Fowey is a popular yachting village with a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants and can be found 3 miles from Golant.

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.
