It provides six bedrooms; a king-size with an en-suite, a king-size zip/link and a twin room, as well as a bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep up to six people. Inside you can also find its open-plan living area containing a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the exterior there is plenty of off road parking and a lawned garden. Spinney View is a beautifully finished cottage perfect for groups of six seeking a getaway.
Cockshutt, in Shropshire countryside, has a pub, village hall and a church. Four miles away is the market town of Ellesmere, offering Tudor, Georgian and Victorian buildings and a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is the Colemere Country Park. 12 miles south is Shrewsbury, with over 600 listed buildings, cobbled alleys, a selection of high street shops and cafés, bars, restaurants and pubs.
A E Houseman once wrote that Shropshire was “the quietest place under the sun” and today the county remains something of a rural idyll, recognised as one of the least crowded and most peaceful regions in England.
