Nestling Barn is a stone-built barn conversion situated next door to the owner's home on their traditional Dartmoor hill farm, within the Dartmoor National Park, four miles from Tavistock and can sleep two people in one double bedroom with en-suite shower. The rest of the property contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside there is off road parking for one car and a garden with patio and furniture. WhiteTor Farm: Nestling Barn is a wonderful barn conversion ideal for exploring Dartmoor. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.The property is accessed via rural lanes that are narrow, with degraded and potholed surfaces in places

Tavistock is a delightful, award-winning market town on the River Tavy, on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. The town offers an indoor pannier market, a number of shops, and a choice of pubs, bistros and restaurants. Wonderful walking and cycling can be enjoyed in the area, plus there are National Trust properties nearby. Within driving distance is the city of Plymouth, Torbay, and the North Cornwall coast.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Note: The property is accessed via rural lanes that are narrow, with degraded and potholed surfaces in places. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms and the enclosed garden fence is not secure for determined dogs that attempt to escape, Please note there is no smoking allowed at all on the entirety of the property, this is due to the amount of straw and hay in the area and to avoid any fire risks, if you would like to smoke, it will take you about 15 minutes to walk off the grounds. Please note: This property is in a secluded location.
