Fisherman's Rest is a former fisherman’s cottage located in the coastal village of Burghead on the shores of the Moray Firth, eight miles from Elgin, and sleeping five people in two bedrooms. The interior of the cottage includes a cosy sitting room with a small dining area, as well as a compact but well-equipped kitchen. There are two comfortable bedrooms both with TVs, a ground floor double and a first floor family room with a double and single bed. The ground floor family bathroom completes this well-equipped seaside cottage. Outside, there is roadside parking and a lawned garden with a seating area. Fisherman's Rest is a lovely base for exploring this wonderful area.

Burghead is a peaceful coastal village on the shores of the Moray Firth in the north east Scotland, eight miles from Elgin. The village has a lot to offer with a good selection of shops, pubs and eating places as well as having an excellent beach, far-reaching views, an abundance of flora, fauna and bird life. Burghead Bay is rich in wildlife with whales, dolphins, porpoises and seals regularly visiting.

From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
