Longview Cottage is a cosy semi-detached cottage situated in the village of Penwithick near St Austell and can sleep two people in one charming double bedroom on the first floor, which also has a shower room. The property is 200 years old and includes a pretty open plan living area with a modern kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a shared lawned garden with a private front patio with furniture. Longview Cottage is a delightful little cottage for a romantic getaway.Note : Requests need to be made with the owner to use the washing machine during your stay. The small, quiet village of Penwithick is situated quite centrally to Cornwall, two and a half miles from St Austell. The village has a convenience store, a fish and chip shop and a Post Office on the main road running through it, and is a wonderful base for exploring the local area.
