Brookside Barn is a lovely conversion of a stone semi-detached outbuilding located in the village of Bradwell in the Hope Valley. The cottage sleeps four people in one double bedroom and a twin, plus there is a bathroom. The cottage also contains a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a gas stove. To the outside of the cottage there is free roadside parking on first come, first served basis and a patio with furniture. Brookside Barn is a lovely conversion which is situated in the centre of a village with lots of areas to visit nearby and further afield. Please note: This property accept a minimum of 3 nights and one small/medium dog.

Bradwell is a pretty village in Hope Valley, in the Peak District National Park. Tideswell, with its ‘Cathedral of the Peak’ just four miles from Bradwell. The picturesque village of Castleton is three miles away. The dramatic scenery of Winnats Pass and Edale in the Edale Valley, famous as the start of the Pennine Way, is nearby. Hathersage is just four miles away and has excellent cafes and an open-air, heated swimming pool. Slightly further afield you can potter around the historic market town of Bakewell, or the Spa town of Buxton, renowned for its spring water, opera house and arts, jazz and opera festivals.

The ultimate in “year-round” appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.
