The Stables

The Stables is a ground-floor apartment with an open-plan living area containing a kitchen with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, and fridge, a dining area, and a sitting area. The bedrooms consist of a double accessed via one step down and a twin. The bathroom includes a bath, shower over, basin, and WC. Electric storage heaters. TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, and shared external coin-operated laundry facilities with washing machine and tumble dryer. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (guests must bring their own swimming pool/beach towels). Travel cot and highchair provided. Outside, there is a private patio with furniture and barbecue, shared lawned area, shared indoor swimming pool (29' x 12' x 4' to 6' deep), and off-road parking for 2 cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: WiFi is suitable for browsing only. Note: One step down to the double bedroom. Note: The pool is unheated between 1st November and 15th March.

Holsworthy is a market town situated amid the rolling green hills of Tarka Country in Devon. Holsworthy has much to offer, including a swimming pool, tennis court, splendid park with bowling green, shops, pubs and cafes, as well as an 18-hole golf course just outside the town. Also in the area are fishing, sailing, cycling, walking and sandy beaches.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
