There is also a bathroom, a sitting room with a dining area and a kitchen. Outside there is a lawned garden with a patio area and off road parking for one car. Red Kite Cottage is a pretty cottage which would suit a family or a group of friends who are looking to explore this area of Mid Wales.

Howey is perfectly located on the main road between historic Builth Wells and Llandrindod, with wonderful walking and cycling routes easily accessible, along with a local golf course and lakes and other days out easily discovered within a short drive.
