The cottage has four bedrooms over the ground and first floors, including a master king-size double with en-suite. There are two family bathrooms over two floors, and on the second floor of the cottage is the open plan living area with kitchen, sitting area and dining area with balcony, as well as a patio and access to the roof terrace. There is off road parking for two cars. 3 Quay Court is just a short walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants of Newquay, and the surfing beach at Fistral is just a little further, making this an ideal property for families all year round.
