Maesgwyn is a wonderful, detached farmhouse cottage situated in beautiful Welsh countryside, just over the border from the Shropshire Hills. The cottage can sleep ten people in five bedrooms comprising a king-size double room with an en-suite and two twin rooms on the first floor, a second floor king-size double room, and a cosy ground floor double bedroom housing a 4' foot bed, accessible from one side only. There is a first floor family bathroom, a ground floor shower room, and a ground floor WC for added convenience. Make use of the well-equipped kitchen boasting two ovens, a 5-ring hob, and a social dining area. There is a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a separate snug for five, and outside, a front patio with furniture, a barbecue, and a luxurious hot tub. There is also ample off road parking, truly making Maesgwyn the perfect retreat for friends and families exploring this glorious region, all year round! Please note: This property will only accept a minimum 7 night stay during UK school Summer holidays. The small village of Beguildy sits amongst peaceful countryside on the edge of the Welsh/English border. Surrounded by green landscapes, the village hosts a public house serving good food, a shop and a Post Office for daily essentials. There is fantastic access for those who wish to explore Beacon Hill, plus a 5 mile route for keen horse riders can be reached on the nearby, beautiful Glyndwr's Way National Trail. A wonderful base for exploring mid Wales and the Shropshire Hills.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
