The Old Mill is a superb detached, stone-built former 18th century mill, next to a working livestock farm, just outside of the small hamlet of Dolau and eight miles from Llandrindod Wells. Second floor bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. First floor lounge area. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Ground floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Utility with dishwasher and tumble dryer. Dog room with cage and underfloor heating. First floor sitting room (seats 7). Outside there is off road parking, an electric car charging point and a front covered terrace with a hot tub, furniture and a BBQ, as well as a front and side lawned garden. The Old Mill is a fabulous place to holiday in Wales, at any time of year. Note: There are five stone steps from the parking area to the front door. Note: The property is adjacent to a working farm, which is fenced off and separate, please ensure dogs are kept on a lead when outside. Note: Due to the stream in the garden and the Juliet balconies off the first floor sitting room, care should be taken and children should be supervised at all times. Dolau is a small hamlet in Powys, with a very pretty little railway station. Nearby, the town of Llandrindod Wells is centrally located in Mid Wales, and offers a variety of shops and pubs, as well as the pretty Lake Park and Temple Gardens, plus many hiking pathways in and around the town. The annual Victorian festival is held here in August when locals and businesses step back into the time of Victorian Llandrindod Wells - a spectacle not to be missed.
