Little Mill is a first-floor apartment in Ashover, Derbyshire. The property has one double bedroom with en-suite walk-in double shower, basin and WC. There is an open-plan living space with kitchen, drop-leaf dining table and sitting area with an electric woodburning-stove-effect fire, plus an entrance area for coats and boots. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, kettle and toaster. Electric radiators provide the main heating, and there is a Smart TV, WiFi and board games for entertainment. Outside, guests have designated off-road parking, use of a garage providing lockable bike storage, a non-enclosed garden area with bistro table, and access to shared grounds with a picnic table, direct access to walking paths and a designated off-lead area for pets. Fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen, towels, robes and slippers. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. The nearest shop is 0.6 miles away and the nearest pub is 0.4 miles away. Note: The property is accessed via a set of external stone steps, so please take care.
